Multiple times I have ordered "regular" sashimi, rather than the sashimi from the gf menu, for a tablemate, and when I pick it up they have given me gluten free sashimi (not sure of the difference between the 2, i think it's just handling differences!) despite having other gluten-items in the order. For takeout, gluten free rolls and things are placed in differently coloured containers (lime green vs black, very clearly marked!) and have a toothpick reading either "gluten free" or "allergy". I love it so much and am very happy I am able go continue eating here □ In my opinion they handle celiac well. Have been eating here since pre-diagnosis.
